A.D. Records is an independent label located in Seattle. We are part of the A.D. network, which also includes AudioDose.com, and ADseattle.com. Our focus is on the artistic aspect of sound. We produce and release hip hop, reggae, and downtempo music.

We are a "record company", BUT embrace the changing face of the music industry and do not conform to a traditional business model. We fully support the decentralization of the currently monopolized record industry and utilize progressive methods of licensing and distribution.

We believe the narrow-minded unbalanced days of the music biz are on brink of demise. We look for artists who share this philosophy, not ones who simply want to be stars controlled by the corporate mainstream and the RIAA.

We believe in representing and developing artists. We don't believe in owning them.

We're still building our foundation, but already have global reach, and will very soon prove to be the most powerful positive force in music the northwest has ever seen.
